Naperville Railroad Prototype Modelers Meet 2003 - The following are photos from the Sunshine Models sponsored Railroad Prototype Modeler (RPM) meet. This meet was held in Naperville IL., 2003 at the Holiday Inn.
Railroad prototype modelers elect to use photos and blueprints to build exact replica models. The goal is to attain as much realism as possible with each model car, locomotive, structure or vehicle.
Not all modelers have such a discerning eye to model the real railroads with exact detail. I found the experiences at the convention to be very motivating and I would recommend this experience to new as well as seasoned modelers. The model display room will be filled with a vast array of completed models and projects in-progress for you to view between clinics.
